im going to be completely honest. and this comment is for my young anxiety peoplel! im in High School, and i struggle with major anxiety. I mean its so bad that I faint whenever i get too worked up. So whoever faints because of anxiety, you're not alone! Oh the amount of times I've left school because i was balling my eyes out in the front office feeling like i was going to faint any minute! you're going to be okay! you're not alone in your body feelinh numb, you whole body feeling like cold skin under hot water, constantly thinking you're going to faint. Been there, done that! You got this! keep your head up high, and don't worry about the things the world throws at you. Breathe! I know you feel like you can't, but you can! Breathe!!! ilysm and I know you can do this!

@@Little.Froggie i recommend taking deep breaths. and don’t be afraid to ask to step out for a second!! i understand the feeling where toy just need out of the classroom for a second, totally feel you!! maybe try fidget rings or any kinda fidget toy. and always have cold water on you!! it’ll feel so good when ur anxious and take a sip of cold water!! just remember to tell yourself you’re okay!! and if you want, seek help! I’ve gone to the school nurse, the principal, and counselor. anything helps!! you got this!! 🤍🤍🤍

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well

I've been dealing with some pretty EPICALLY bad heart palpitations the last few months. I am sure it's due to stuff I haven't dealt with, don't know how to deal with and just overall stress and anxiety, but they suck. A lot. Heart palps make you feel super panicked and unsure and they just... pfft they suck lol. I always have a hard time relaxing but I found this video a month ago and whenever I feel panicky or start to get heart palps, I come here and within a few minutes I start to feel better. Thank you for the breathtaking views and beautiful calming music.

Thank you, I lost my dad recently. He died in March 28th. After that, I lost my family to their greed. I’m not like them. I could not have imagined the way they acted.
