How to look at this from buteyko method perception?!

I have studied a little bit of of that method. I imagine they would say the imbalance in CO2 causes anxiety. Do you know? - Cynthia

You do not breath, i believe that is why she did not do it, is that right, are you partnering with , Cynthia who had that, title. This might help me allot, thanks, what's your name?!

Cindy - this is Cynthia. Most people are either holding their breath (after an inhale) or inhaling as they lift. If you remind people to breathe out, they will breath in. But you could also get great results coaching people to breath in as they lift. breath out as they lower. And even the opposite. Play around a bit and see what works for you.

Thankyou but you omitted to mention to breathe in while raising shoulders ... !

We can't speak for Julie. She may have forgotten or she may have been going with the fact that most people breath when raising their shoulders. It is somewhat harder to raise shoulders and breathe in for most people. But once having breathed in, they can also tend to hold the breath.

@@Futurelifenow When doing this (and any Feldenkrais Method® lesson), I prefer to allow people to start where they are. It is not necessary to breathe in "as" the shoulders are raised to benefit; the key here is to support the pattern of tension (i.e., raised shoulders which often accompany anxiety/stress) and focus on the exhale allowing the natural breath pattern to be reset at a deeper level and facilitating the release of muscular patterns that limit the ability to breathe fully and freely.
