this looks awesome. camera has some glitchy moments but the whole rocket wing into skateboard looks really fun can't wait to play this officially :)

hope they add scooters and rollerblades as funkies/toys for the update, i think that will about settle it for most expansive extreme sports game ever. come on bro, bri flips are available as bmx tricks, its like theyre TEASING US, they know.😭

Is there a Tony Hawk game style control scheme for this? I grew up playing Tony Hawk's games like American Wasteland and the Pro Skater series. I could never really get into the Skate series because the control scheme was so much different to the one used in Tony Hawk games, so if there isnt a control scheme like the old Tony Hawk games, I'll just continue playing American Wasteland on my PS2 emulator.

I would say kinda it’s not analog control. It’s press trigger and move let stick in a direction for a trick. But I would definitely recommend THUG Pro if you have not got that game yet. Even the new THPS1+2 Pro mod is amazing and super fun

When I mentioned this pain I had for Riders republic at launch. I was shot in the face, they should have been released this lol The game would have been way more successful years ago. They missed the target. rant over lol now I watched the video 😂

I mean have you actually played the game tho? To this day no matter what part of the map you're in it is absolutely crammed with players constantly, i think it did the right thing in finding its core audience of not just skaters like me, but extreme sports fans in general. I mean you could have said the same thing about BMX, the game got a huge boost of BMX fans when that update was released. Thing is though, i ts probably better for the game that it releases like this because it continually creates hype. When the game was released it was FILLED with content already, so its not like they have scammed up, the base version of teh game has an insane amount of content for this type of game, so all this other stuff is just awesome extras
