2nd all time might be a stretch. But as far as middle linebackers go he might be top 10. Brian Urlacher, Patrick Willis, Mike Singletary, Jeremiah Trotter, Jack Lambert, Dick Butkus, Junior Seau, Zach Thomas and of course Ray Lewis to me is number 1. I’m only mentioning middle linebackers because outside linebackers have a slightly different role especially since they pass rush more often like LT.
