Ingredients:
4 egg
1 cup Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Sugar powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup refined Vegetable Oil
For Cream:
1 cup Cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup sugar powder
for decoration:
Kit Kats
Gems
rice balls
chocolate chip

1/4 கப் சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்ட எண்ணெய்
கிரீம்:
1 கப் கிரீம்
2 டீஸ்பூன் கோகோ தூள்
1/2 தேக்கரண்டி வெண்ணிலா எசன்ஸ்
1 கப் சர்க்கரை தூள்
அலங்காரத்திற்கு:
கிட் கேட்ஸ்
ஜெம்ஸ்
அரிசி உருண்டைகள்
சாக்லேட் சிப்
Method:
Beat together egg,essence,cocoa powder.
Sieve together the flour, baking powder ,soda and the cocoa powder.Add in the vanilla essence ,oil,milk,sugar and mix well to make a smooth consistent batter.Pour into the baking tin and bake in preheated cooker for 40 minutes.Allow the cake to cool down completely and cut into 3 layer.Beat heavy cream along with cocoa powder, essence, sugar until stiff peak.Cover the entire cake with cream with a layer of chocolate chip and sugar syrup. Arrange the Kit Kats on the side to cover the entire side.Fill the centre with Gems,rice balls,chocochip to fill the four portions.Ready to serve.

முட்டை, எசன்ஸ், கோகோ பவுடர் ஆகியவற்றை ஒன்றாக அடிக்கவும். மாவு, பேக்கிங் பவுடர், சோடா மற்றும் கோகோ பவுடர் ஆகியவற்றை ஒன்றாக சல்லடை செய்யவும். வெண்ணிலா எசன்ஸ், எண்ணெய், பால், சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும், ஒரு மென்மையான சீரான மாவு தயாரிக்கவும். கேக்கை முழுவதுமாக ஆறவைத்து, 3 அடுக்குகளாக வெட்டவும். கொக்கோ பவுடர், எசன்ஸ், சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து ஹெவி க்ரீமை அடிக்கவும். சாக்லேட் சிப் மற்றும் சர்க்கரைப் பாகுடன் க்ரீம் முழுவதையும் மூடி வைக்கவும். பக்கவாட்டில் கிட் கேட்களை முழு பக்கமும் மறைக்கும் வகையில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யவும். மையத்தில் ரத்தினங்கள், அரிசி உருண்டைகள், சோகோசிப் நான்கு பகுதிகளை நிரப்பவும். பரிமாறத் தயார்.
