- The US is complaining about an alleged Chinese naval presence at a Cambodian naval base in Cambodian territory;
- There is no justification for US interference in Cambodia's internal political affairs, its foreign policy with other nations in the region, or its military cooperation with other nations;
- While the US complains about an alleged Chinese naval presence in Cambodia, the US maintains hundreds of military bases around the globe including in countries the US is illegally occupying;
- The US and NATO demand other nations respect the decision of those joining the alliance despite it often following coercive and violent regime change, but refuse to respect a nation's decision to work more closely with China or Russia instead;
- US hypocrisy stems not from any genuine belief that China poses as threat to peace or stability either in Asia or beyond, but from the fact that China's rise and growing ties with other nations pose an obstacle to US interference and impunity;

Remember the USA 🇺🇸 government is run and controlled by AIPAC 🇮🇱 so I would ask, “how this affects the affects AIPAC 🇮🇱 financiers” not the USA 🇺🇸, if you want to know why this is happening? You will never get the full picture unless you realise who the USA 🇺🇸 government, intelligence agencies, press and American 🇺🇸 social media, are run by and that is AIPAC 🇮🇱 financiers. In fact I would stop saying the American 🇺🇸 government and start to refer to it as the AIPAC 🇮🇱 government as they are in control of it not the American 🇺🇸 population. It’s not the American 🇺🇸 government interfering it’s always AIPAC 🇮🇱 interfering. This is why if you want “Christ to be lord” in the USA 🇺🇸 again you need to remove foreign AIPAC 🇮🇱 interference in USA 🇺🇸 politics as AIPAC 🇮🇱 don’t believe “Christ is lord”.

I watched much of the Milosevic trial and he was a brilliant man. He represented himself and totally dominated the prosecution with legal argument after legal argument. He was humiliating them so badly that all the members of the three judge panel quit in the middle of the trial and they killed him in prison. Notably, when he cross examined one of the main witnesses against him, Milosevic asked him if he was tortured and forced to lie against him and he said yes. That heroic witness "died" in prison shortly after that testimony. That operation happened with Bill Clinton in the White House.

After the Lon Nol ‘s coup debacle in the 70’s that led to the Khmer Rouge’s genocidal regime, I am surprise that the US is once again back in Cambodia. Cambodia has only recently achieved peace, stability and decent economic growth. I truly hope that the Cambodian government remember what happened the last time we dance to the US’s tune. Tuol Sleng and Prince Sisowat’s letter should offer a sobering reminder of Cambodia’s fresh wound from the 70’s.

Post Vietnam War while the Khmer Rouge was massively reducing Cambodia’s population, the US pushed for The Khmer Rouge to be the Cambodian representatives at the UN, just to spite Vietnam and Cambodia’s new leader who was supported by Vietnam. Politics makes strange bed fellows and the US wasn’t the only country with dirty laundry from that era. I wish good things for Cambodians.

Hun Manet, incumbent prime minister of Cambodia, was born in 1977, the second son of Hun Sen, the prime minister of Cambodia from 1985 to 2023. In 1995 Hun Manet entered the United States Military Academy at West Point, receiving his diploma in May 1999. He also received his Master of Arts in economics from New York University in 2002, and a PhD in economics from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, in 2009. Thus it appears that the prime minister was groomed under the American and British system to take over from his father. Perhaps that adds to the Americans & the Brits a sense of proprietary right to the Cambodia government. How the US media takes it for granted that the US has the right to control access to Cambodian ports shows the extent of American hubris.

Why does a so reign country, owe the US any explanation who they conduct business with, it's none of USA's business who Cambodia does business with, the more countries allow this to allow, the longer it's gonna go on for. I am so sick & tired of hearing about this, how US interferes in other countries like this.

Actually, the US ows Cambodians and the world a ton of explanations about the brutalization of Cambodia, not for anything Cambodians did but to harm Vietnam, mostly just out of spite. That type of terrorism included military support of the Khmer Rouge, the famously brutal and incompetent communist regime, in that case, just to drag out war against Vietnam. The Khmer Rouge were, in fact, a direct reaction to the widespread bombing by the murderous US, when Cambodia was a neutral country. One would think that the US would be well advised to ever have Cambodia mentioned. At a time when the US is becoming closely associated with genocide in Israel, Cambodia serves as a prime example for the US murdering millions of innocent civilians for misconceived regional interests. That discussion may just awaken a tiger.

Don't countries have the right to determine what they do based on their interest? According to the collective west proclamation on Ukraine. Now Cambodia doesn't have the right on their sovereign territory. The world urgently needs to be multipolar.

The West are just using Ukraine as worthless cannon fodder. The West objective has never been about Ukraine. It's been about trying to conduct regime change in Russia to the West advantage. Then to partitions up Russia and rape it's vast natural resources.

Washington is akin to a three year old toddler screaming "That's Mine" at everything they see. Does Uncle Sam need a diaper change? Kamala should be able to help with that. She can ask Michelle to help if need be. Jill is already busy changing Bidens depends so I don't think she's available.

I live in Cambodia, and I don’t like the way the powerful countries manipulate the government. The only want steak and spread misery. All these big counties are as bad as each other and people who say otherwise are fools. On the plus side the Cambodian government are very skillful at balancing these powers against each other to maintain a semblance of sovereignty
