I figured out the perfect recipe to make Cambodian Beef Salad “ Pleah Sach Ko “ Enjoy! Please like my video and subscribe for more delicious homemade recipes. 💕
▪️ thin slice beef 500g
▪️ Omasa - 1/2 lb
▪️ 1 red pepper thinly slice
▪️ 1 red pepper
▪️ 1 English cucumber
▪️ Garlic - 4-5 cloves
▪️ Shallot - 1x
▪️ chilies to your liking
▪️ ប្រហុក - fermented fish - 30g
▪️ Water 1 cups
▪️ lime juice or lemons juice 1/2 cup
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1/2 tsp msg optional
▪️ Roasted peanuts ( crushed )
▪️ Mints

Dear Ly, I would like to see how u make the Cambodian shrimp crispy street food snack? To honest, I prefer ur Khmer pretty voice. I enjoy watching ur Khmer voice video than the English. I don’t mean anything bad about ur English.

Or use real lime juice they have that too..as for me l love it more raw and l add fresh bean sprouts instead of the noodle.

Looks delicious but for those who have gout - you need to skip the beef and oily fish as they just exacerbate the symptoms.
