Pursuit Perfect System I've got a demo on Tuesday with the T+A PA3100HV and Bryston 14B amps. I know these specific amps are ALOT more expensive. But if you are familiar with these amps how would you compare the Edge?

I have briefly heard T+A and really liked them, I have lived with a Bryston, not a 14B level amplifier. Both are good - at their levels their price levels there is a lot of options, but they are good ones. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d71ylNyCs5uZhnk.html This was T+A at the HiFi Show Live last year

Pursuit Perfect System Thank you for the video link. I do love the look of the T+A. However, the industrial monotone sleekness of Bryston gear (similar to the Cambridge Edge range) is a real winner. I'm very much looking forward to your future videos with the Luxman and Tellerium cables. Your streaming PC build even more so! I love all your videos. Keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed the discussion. Even though the projected price point (starting at $3500 USD) is above my pay grade, it is still rather modest compared to 90 percent of the prices I have been seeing at the high-end show.

Looks great. I had Cambridge for a couple of years. Did not really enjoy it and when it broke the after sales service was non-existent. i hope this is better made and sounding

These products seem to receive quite a lot of coverage at launch, but I hear very little about them across HiFi industry stories compared to a lot of other brands in the same ballpark. Were they a marketing success ? Are owners really enjoying them? There seems little feedback ?

Hello my friend great video .. I enjoyed it watching it.. I am planning to buy one and use it with my CXA 80 amplifier. I listen to Spotify and depend on the equalizer built into the Spotify app. However if I listen to Spotify on the edge nq using the Cambridge audio stream app and connect app or Chromecast, will I be able to access the equalizer in the Spotify app through Cambridge audio stream app and connect app. Thank you very much my friend..

Hi Terry. Great coverage. I listened to the Edge A integrated today with Focal Aria 926 and it sounded amazing. I think it might even have the edge (see what I did there) on the Luxman l505ux and the Unico 150. I'll be comparing a Prima Luna Dialogue Premium HP with a Naim Supernait 2 next week. If the Prima Luna lives up to the hype, my money will either be with that or the Edge A. Can't wait for your review.

@@antonellorapuano6388 I went with the Prima Luna dialogue premium hp in the end but decided on Spendor D7's as they just blew the Focals away on soundstage, imaging and detail. Hope this helps.

@@antonellorapuano6388 Good choices. Be sure to try and demo your choices back to back if possible to give you the best comparison. I was lucky and managed to do this with the Prima Luna, Luxman & Supernait 2, although the Edge was a separate audition at another dealer.

He said at 2.20 the streamer was assembled in the U.K didn't he? Why does it say assembled in China on the back? Was he talking about the volume? These also look an awful lot like a Plinius www.pliniusaudio.com/en/Plinius_Range/Integrated_Amplifiers/Hautonga.html www.pliniusaudio.com/en/Plinius_Range/Power_Amplifiers/P10.html Well I hope it works out for them. I've had/have CA gear and think it's good value. Their prices are getting into some seriously good gear prices though. Luxman, MF, Bryston, Moon.

Andrew Haines I have their Aeromax 6 and think they’re pretty outstanding for the price. I’d be interested in this new series of Amp if it would make the most out of those speakers. Maybe they’re using those speakers to show what the amp sounds like with speakers their target audience already owns?

Steven Gooden I suppose my entry level S-70 floor standing speakers aren't a good reference point! I did read in the blurb that the Edge system will drive even the most difficult of speaker so that's a possible reason? I'm just getting issues with all my Azur kit now, things like buttons not functioning as they should, the CD player drawer not opening & closing when required etc. and the writing coming off, especially around the power button! Still hopefully I can upgrade at some time. I may go to Marantz.

Andrew Haines that’s funny, I own a Marantz SR7007 running my system. I’ve had it for 8 yrs or so and it has been a total workhorse for me. & I was thinking of upgrading to a Cambridge Azure 851n... or maybe this new Edge NQ... I HOPE THE QUALITY is better than what you are experiencing... the only thing you might be disappointed with the Marantz is their airplay integration sucks donkey balls...

The Wifi is really terrible (Edge NQ Cambridge). What a shame for such a 4000 euro network player. Lots of software problems also. I have regretted my purchase for a long time already.

Don't buy the Cambridge Edge NQ streamer. The Wifi is really terrible. What a shame for such a 4000 euro network player. Lots of software problems also. I have regretted my purchase for a long time already.

I have the 851N network player and have never had issues streaming. In fact the streaming works perfect whether on wifi or directly with an ethernet cable. Chances are your provider is the problem.

@@InPursuitOfLiberty Not at all. The problem was the Cambridge Edge. We did enough network testing. In the mean time I played with my Bluesound streamer without any problems. The inside buffering of the Edge was one of the problems that the Cambridge Engineers didn't do well. I was in communication with one of the enigneers, but that communication is brutally stopped by his boss... hmmm, I wonder why....
