The Cambridge Fire Department received the first heavy duty Rescue equipped with the TAK-4® T3 rear suspension system. This system combines Pierce's exclusive TAK-4 independent rear suspension technology for improved ride quality and handling characteristics with a 100% mechanical rear steering system which allows the department to turn on a dime and maneuver effortlessly in Massachusetts’s narrow streets and tight corners.
