First of all bro, best wishes and prayers for Ure Mom!! My Mom was undergoing cancer treatment last year, but is now doing good, so just hope all the best for Ure Mom! ThanX for sharing Ure expertise on playing DayZ. I have for about 9 years been watching various DayZ streamers, and wanted to play the game! Back in time of H&D, CS, COD etc. was playing allot in clans with special maps, as just sniper maps etc. but got addicted to playing, so at one point, like 20 years ago, i quit the FPS scenery totally. After some friends of mine started playing Star Citizen, and me always liked Sci-Fi, I have started playing again. But always wanted to get into DayZ, cause it is so much more if feel of just a FPS game! But.....now I am 57 years old, and I can feel, my eyes are not fast enough to react, so fear if I get the game i might suffer the reaction time from aiming to shooting! but totally Love seeing you guys reacting and taking down each other! Keep bringing those great vids CC! :)

@in875 like 75 years old? I've never heard of a 75 year old that plays DayZ. Badass. I'm 26 and I'm pretty decent at PvP. I play a lot on the V++ deathmatch servers and have had a lot of 10 and 15 plus killstreaks. Highly recommend if you want to improve PvP skills

I came across with your begginers guide, even tho I play this game for some long time now, I still have some issues of knowledge about the game. I always looked for an KZfaqr that would do a run like you and explained every little detail in practise, which is very pratical for the viewer. Even tho the begginers tutorial wasnt the thing that I need the most due to my experience being high enough, I really liked those videos they are really good content and have seen it all. After seeing the begginers tutorial I looked for "intermediate guides" on your channel and I could't find, then KZfaq recomended me, and I'm so glad that I came across with these videos also, because I really have this issue: I'm well looted, what now? As I related a lot with that setence I knew that this channel was for me and this videos also for me It's noticeable that you think a lot on what you say and have a lot of experience in this game, the information that you tell is very well organised and, making it useful and easy to learn Keep on the good work and I hope your channel grows, and if it grows never forget about your essence

One of the most important things you went over in these videos is the time spent per house. You can zip through a starter town and be looted in 20 minutes. A lot of people die of starvation because they don’t know how to scan a house

Cover is something solid between you and your adversary. What you had was concealment. Partial concealment actually, as you were moving between bushes, where you dropped out of sight as you went behind a bush and before you popped out on the other side, where you became visible again.

Another mistake I see that results in the easiest kills of my gaming career in ANY game really is when people hit horizon points. It is super easy to spot that moving color or even a stagnant sillhouette of a person when the big bright sky is all that is behind them. Avoid peeking over building ledges and riding horizon lines on mountains or hills. Windows offer better blending in (even if they are still dangerous lol) and walking on a lower point on a mountain not only gives you protection on one side but also better blending in on your background for your exposed side, which cqn easily be remedied with LOS cover as taught here. You have to understand what angle people will be looking at you from as the horizon line from the bottom of a mountain is NOT all the way at the top since there is a slope obviously. Sometimes you can't avoid it but it's fairly important to pay at least some attention to

Start as solo so there are no one that carries you.
@Ben-zr4ho3 ай бұрын
@@casanovagaming6720 Disagree. You get good fastest when better players teach and carry you. I got lucky my literal first day playing Rust when I was sitting in my little stupid wooden base over a fire and 3 guys blasted my door down and said I looked so pathetic they couldn't kill me and instead just invited me along and I started playing with them and immediately was head deep in the game with people who could tell me everything I needed to know. Within a few weeks I was a high level player because they were. Within a few months I was as good as any of them and was soon probably better and I'm still really good at that game. Compare that to DayZ where I made a conscious effort to go solo and learn stuff myself and I've struggled. To be fair DayZ is a more difficult and vague game in a lot of ways but that's even more reason why you benefit from experienced players teaching you.

On vanilla zombies spawn in on heli crashes and you can see them from a far distance if there are non exept from one that will always spawn in and be visible from a far dustance and if you go to the crash it will spawn new zombies in, also on Vanilla zombies despawn after they have been killed. So the only safe way to tell if the crash has been lootet is if you see zombies from far distance i think more than 300 or 400 meters (not exactly sure on that). I played moded servers where Zombies once killed at a crash will not despawn as he describes in the video.

I dont understand going afk like that in DayZ it takes 15 seconds to log and 15 to log back on in the exact same spot. Just go prone in a bush and log. Hell logging in a buildings not the smartest thing in the world but its better than just sitting there like that. Hell I log to get a glass of water even when Im a freshy. May as well not have your hunger and thirst tick while you go. Again you can hit log and immediately leave. Those 15 seconds are done while you go to get a glass of water. Log back in and by the time you sit down and put your headset back on your ready to go.
