THANK YOU. There is a small lever that pulls down the audio and video. Easy to miss and I was looking all over the camera.

I like this camera because the start/stop controls are on the outside. My 280 controls are on the body but inside the view finder and they are impossible to read because the camera is silver and the buttons are WHITE, But it's a great camera anyway.

These are great cameras! I have one, unfortunately, it's broken beyond repair, so its now in the parts bin! I have the same Camcorder and when I eject the cover open the tape holder pops out, however the holder does not open to allow me to remove the tape. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem?

I don't know about you. . .and we have the inscription on the label ( any electronic equipment) "Made in Japan" - it was like an artifact from a flying saucer, that is very appreciated, it was like worship,admiration .Indeed, the product made in Japan-extremely high quality and more valuable-the most reliable! In General (to be honest) - the Soviet Union, and now Russia is for you like another universe, and you can hardly understand it.
