Great review as always. Camel is the only fragrance from the lime that I have not tried. My favorite Indy fragrance is Civet by Zoologist.

Thanks for the review on this one, you know it's good when Carlos gets that excited. I don't think I've ever tried any indie that I can think of...so, I'll go with a niche, my favorite niche is probably Oajan. Need some more indie in my life, the Zoologist line is such a great concept, always been curious.

Interesting short review. The only indie house that I've tried is Imaginary Authors. Their latest release O, Unknown! Is probably my favorite from the house with Yesterday Haze coming in at second. Zoologist and Atelier are the next fragrance houses that are my short list to sample from in the near future.

Saw this on Lucky Scent the other day and am very glad you guys did a review; or first impressions; so quickly. I love L'air du Desert, so I'm interested in anything that even gives me the idea of desert. My favorite indie/niche at the moment is Slow Explosions by Imaginary Authors but just received The Sum The Black and haven't had time to try enough yet. Thanks for the great reviews to both of you gents. Always great stuff that I'm excited to find out about. 👌

I'm really not knowledgeable about indie scents but, I won the sample of Civet that you gave away some time back. It was too much for my nose. Im glad to hear newer releases are more wearable.

Kerosene Follow is the only independent house fragrance I have and it's awesome. Haven't worn it in a while, but I usually wear it when I need a pick me up as the coffee scent reminds me of actual coffee and somehow my brain gets ricked into thinking it's been fed with the drink haha. Thanks for the giveaway :)

Great review. My favorite Indie fragrance right now is is Nishane Fan Your Flames. I'd like to try Camel by Zoologist, a house that gets good reviews. Camel sounds like a possible keeper.

So I ordered some samples from Zoologist and they arrived this week, including Camel. It's a truly magnificent fragrance for it's style. What is so interesting about it is that it has those very pronounced sweet notes in so much deep spice. I feel it is in the same family of fragrances as Czech & Speakes 'Frankincense & Myrrh' (which is a absolutely incredible fragrance). Between the two of them it's a hard call which is better. In any event I am very impressed both with the scent of and the branding of Camel. It's concept is perfect

Zoologist is a great house. They have produced a bunch of mind-blowing scents. Camel is a solid offering. I understand the need to create wearable scents, but the more daring ones like bat and rhino and beaver (original) are still my favorites.

try this line of fragrances In my country, besides being difficult to find, it is expensive to import. I hope someday to be able to meet them, camel was one of the ones that caught my attention. I loved finding your channel and meeting you ,,, regards from Chile ( sorry for my English).

Naww you two are a joy to watch! Really liking Carlos a lot and his obvious passion for fragrances, I think it shines through when he's excited like this and tries to describe the scent! Haha. And Steven was the first fragrance youtuber I've ever watched! He was the one who actually sent me...on my path to destruction.. JK. Sent me on my fragrance journey haha. Anyways, great job guys! Fun video! Camel sounds reaaaally good! My fave indie (the only indie house I've tried) are (a lot of scents, actually) from Alkemia Perfumes: The Raven (I think every guy must have, so dark, inky, leathery at first but I find it warms up a lot later on..just gorgeous!), Salome, Caravan, Psychedelique, Hex, Black Magic Woman, and Madam X...among other things! Haha! Cheers!

Not sure if they are India or not but you might want to check out enchanted Forrest by the vagabond prince, and wish come true by stephane Humbert lucas777, lucky scent in LA carries them, very fine fragrances in my opinion, you guys are a couple of ritchous dudes, keep up the awesome videos man, joe

Its a tie for me Aroma M Marron Zoologist Hummingbird Great review need to get another travel spray set (2camel,2elephant,1dragonfly) i should be up to date and have all the releases, i wish i had more space,the bottles are beautiful (have Hummingbird ),i was so happy Mr.Wong introduced the travel sprays so i can have them all . Favourite indie fragrange is called "J" by kyse perfumes its a great smokey tobacco scent with a hint of sweetness I highly recommend that fragrance.

I don’t have any indie fragrances, so i can’t say which one is my favorite. But just from the notes i think Lonestar Memories from Andy Tauer is my favorite one. Btw is Andy Tauer considered indie house? If not, then i will pick Luscious Joe from Ganache Parfums.
