December is the PEAK SEASON.. RATES ARE HIGHER OF ALL THE RESORTS AND HOTELS IN WHOLE GOA.

Yes because from November to Feb is the season month .. travel during April may June or October.. that time u will get scooty also on rent for cheap prices in whole Goa

Bhai bathtub wala room available hai na or bada hai kya bathtub ki chota hai? Or overall quality kaisi hai wooden cottage ki? Khana, peena, room service?

Bhai for bathtub rooms availability you need to call and check but yeh season mein aaram se mil jayega, bathtub is good enough for a couple to bath but and the quality of wooden cottage is amazing. The breakfast is good and even the room service is superb. You can call anytime to the reception via intercom and they will answer u immediately. For dinner Chinese food is amazing but still But for lunch and dinner, I should suggest you can explore outside, The nearby restaurant "jazz bistro" Is superb (it's just outside titos lane). Also you can visit, smoke fish cafe and satpurush at morjim area (north Goa), and at near anjuna beach you can eat at shiva bar and restaurant which serves amazing food. Also try guru bar near anjuna Or cajy bar at arpora ❤

@@mayank.murpani 1 ya 2 log.. Utna bada nahi hai ki 5-6 log ek saath ajaye (jacuzzi wale room ki baat kara hu) but haa agar planche pool wala room loge toh usme 4 log baithke naha sakte hai..

Lux cottage jacuzzi ground level. Premium cottage no plunge pool,first floor level. Premium wodden cottage ground plunge pool. So confusing. Online apps show only first 2 types. If youll cannot name your rooms properly how do youll expect clarity from bookings and customers? Rename your rooms. Proper designation needed.

Bro season ka time chalra hai, may se October k time ka book karo, booking date se 2 months pehle.. Season ke time aap ko Goa mein 400 ka hostel tak 1000 mein milega.. aur yeh toh ek best resort hai.. islye season mein jaana avoid karey.. and off season mein jaaye agar budget less hai toh 🤗

May be you are asking for the room with jacuzzi. The deluxe room is for 1800 .. The jacuzzi one and wooden cottages are but obviously higher.
