The only thing the black one matched was her hair. She looked good in all of them but the white one suited her the most imho. Edit- If she hadn't said a word about "matching her black heart" and liking black so much, no one would have thought the black dress was the right one to go with for a wedding dress. I would say after they are adults or as an adult have left the house it shouldn't apply to them anymore because they are adults can do whatever they want. Parents can give advice, but we shouldn't have to always listen to them. We have to make our own serious choices and mature from them, that's how you grow up. You at some point have to live for yourself and your own happiness(gotta make sure it's legal though) even if it means going against what others believes that are closest to you
