Yes! I kinda dislike that Cami did bad things in the relationship as well, unlike in the book. Loved her in the book and that's why i'll always be team Camila & Camilly, haha.

Personally i believe we're all human, we make mistakes (i say that as someone who's been cheated on a few times, people do bad things, they're not bad people) it stood out for me when she said "they chose each other" young and dumb can't compete with a 20 year partnership, mad respect for cami ❤️

Like this can be seen as a triangle that could happen when your true love and your soul mate/twin flame (personally I think “twin flames” fits Daisy/Billy better) are different people. Especially since “twin flames” doesn’t necessarily mean “meant-to-be relationship” or is all positive. Which Daisy realized at the end, that she didn’t want and deserved better than being in a “broken” spiral with someone, and sent Billy back to save the life she knew he still needed and gave him light and everything else she described on-stage.

Billy never chose Daisy he kissed her and was willing to be with Daisy at the end of the show because camila was already going to leave him. Didn’t u hear him say to Daisy let’s ruin each other together. He was just using her and that is when Daisy realized that he would always be camila’s and he needed her the most. Daisy was selfless enough to let him go, when she mouthed ‘go’ to billy when he was crying because camila was leaving says everything. Daisy was just lust to him but camila was his whole world. At the end he went back to Daisy because he was finally in a good place where they wouldn’t ruin each other and camila allowed it. He would’ve been with camila still hadn’t that tragedy happen. don’t ship toxic relationships please

@@melissa561 it’s not a ship it’s observation, and Billy and Cami were toxic too, just because you have good years it doesn’t validate the years of mistrust and misplaced priorities. Cami and Daisy both deserved better than him, is what I was saying.

IT IS! But the show is such a great adaptation, i loved it.

This show might be one of the best film adaptations of a book I have seen. But yes the book is phenomenal I read it a while ago and I feel like they left a lot out just can’t put my finger on what.

@@TamTam9-15 I haven't seen the series yet but I just read the book last year and loved it. I can tell from watching this clip that some of the things they have left out are their children (in the book they have three), and she seems to have a much nicer wedding LOL in the book she was wearing a t shirt and jeans!

I thought the show was better. But I’m glad the book brought us here.

Billy did choose Daisy though, and he would’ve been with Daisy had she not REJECTED HIM remember and that’s when he runs back to Cami. He fell back onto his safety net and got to keep his family together. When Cami is gone, he choses Daisy without guilt this time.

@@sierraking3171 yes when he thinks Cami is gone, he runs to Daisy. Thats because he is a loser who cant stay alone and ruins women for his own selfish reasons. But previously, when Daisy literally said”we should be together” he refused her because he had Cami. He doesnt create the oppurtunity to be with Daisy himself because he doesnt want to lose Cami, but he takes the oppurtunity when Cami is gone, and that doesnt make Daisy his first choice because there was no other choice than Daisy. Im really glad that Daisy refused him.

There’s never an excuse to cheat.. but life doesn’t always work out the way you expect it or hope it to work out. We’re human. Not angels. And we’re not meant to be perfect. People make mistakes and choices. That’s the point of life. To live, to learn and to experience. Don’t judge others if you’ve never been in their shoes.
