No in my opinion she wrote "shameless" "lier" "this love" "feel it twice" "should have said it" and "used to this" about Shawn "bad kind of butterflies " is about both Shawn n Matthew coz she was in love with Shawn while dating Matthew while "easy" "dream of you" and "living proof" is about Matthew and "First man" is ofcourse about her father but also partly about Matthew. "My oh my" i don't really know.

she literally put the photo of Shawn's hand in the description of "Used to this" on the cd, gave an interview talking about how Shawn made her feel good about herself and described "Easy" (when she talks about not liking her teeth and her stretch marks )
