For those complaining, it's not about what part touched the ground first, according to Code, zero is for *_not landing on feet first_* which means landing stood up before falling. Even if your feet physically touch the ground first, if you land basically already laid down, with all the weight distributed on your legs and arms, honestly, you failed to land on your feet.

It's phrased in a way that makes it confusing, but it's not about whether the feet touched the ground 2 milliseconds before her hands did. It's about landing the vault in a standing position, which she didn't do - she landed on her hands and knees, with her weight evenly distributed throughout all 4 limbs.
