A long day, 30 + km all the way from El Espin up and over the Hospitales route to La Mesa.
I'm still walking with three of the crew that I met on day 2 at Bodenaya, wonderful people. There's no water until Berducedo, 25 km later - one that was marked at Lago has been removed. So carry PLENTY ! I drank 2.2 litres, gave away 300ml, and still drank a litre on arrival - despite the fact that it wasn't that hot!

Yes, my only about the Hospitales route was that, because of the mist, we didn't get the views Yes, it's a very good Albergue
