Goop Burgers recipe:
3/4 c. cheese, one 4 oz. can mushrooms, 4 strips bacon crumbled. Mix together with a small amount of Mayo. Enough to make it stick! Grill burgers like normal. About 3 minutes before the burgers are ready, spoon goop over burgers and leave on grill until burgers are done. Everything will be ooey and gooey and delicious!

He uses Lane's bbq brisket rub, but otherwise follows the Traeger recipe I linked. The key is lots of pepper (which that rub has!) Also serve with your favorite sauces. We've even put it in sandwiches!
Baked Potato Wedges recipe:
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of garlic salt
6 med. potatoes, cut in THIN wedges
Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Combine next 6 ingredients into a breading. (You can keep this in the fridge until you are ready to use if you want to prep ahead of time.) Wash, cut, and then rinse the potatoes before tossing in the coating. (Cutting them thin makes them nice and crisp and less "potatoey.") Place in a single layer in the baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1- 1 1/2 hours depending on how thinnly you sliced them. I doubled the recipe for Josh's family.

Shortcake recipe: I used Hope's Table's recipes and then just greased cupcake tins, poured batter in halfway, and baked for about 10 minutes or until toothpick came out clean. You can probably convert any shortcake recipe to muffins by shortening the bake time.
