This place would make a killer haunted house. Imagine if they rebranded the camp for two weeks in October as a haunted house, with all of the profits going to the local BSA council. Great opportunity they’re missing out on.

Tony the last tour they did was $400 it it was an all day event. The VIP overnight was $1,000. That includes all your meals and some pretty cool gear and collectibles!

A beautiful place. This is the first video I've seen in which I felt that the camp has its own distinct identity independent of the film. In all the other videos I automatically associated the cabins and lake with the movie, reimagining the 80s when I first watched it. But thanks to you I see that the camp has its own unique aura about it, completely free of horror. That might in part be due to the fact that I've outgrown the movie. The only sad part about your video is the moment you show Brenda's cabin. It reminded me of the fact that the actor passed away from cancer in 2008 (at the age of 48). Hard to believe that most of the actors in Friday the 13th are now in their 60s!

But Jack and Ned’s original cabin was behind and beyond the boathouse, wasn’t it? Though it was destroyed in a storm years after. Also the cabin where Alice fixes the gutter is long gone.
@iowa_lot_to_travel94713 жыл бұрын
Correct on both. The canin where Jack and Ned get killed fell into the lake at some point. I heard they are planning to build a new cabin to replace the old one that Alice was working on

I signed up for the raffle the first year they started doing tours and "I won" a chance to buy tickets and every year after I keep getting emails about how tickets are available; doesn't seem like you need to "win" to buy tickets. Unless I am extremely lucky
