I remember Camp Lo debuting their single/video "Coolie High" in 95' the same month Jay Z's released "Dead Presidents". The timeline is proof these guys weren't foreign to each other. They cyphered amongst the same social circles. Furthermore, this song provides evidence to the fact that, Jay Z as an artist plagiarized the style of many of his fellow rap counterparts.
