Camp Oven Bread Rolls | Tutorial | Easy Recipe!
Hey Guys Welcome back to Zyka's Kitchen, In todays episode I'm going to show you guys how to make bread rolls in your camp oven.
Its a really easy recipe, and its always made from the stuff you'll have in your dry box when you go camping!

Right lets get cooking!
Ingredients:
- 500g Flour
- 375ml water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 7g yeast sachet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Extra flour for dusting
Method:
- Combine water, sugar and yeast in a bowl together, mix together and cover for 10 -15 minutes to allow yeast to activate.
- Once the the water has some beautiful bubbles on the surface, you can add your flour.
- Mix in the flour and work until combined, then add salt and combine into the mix.
- Lightly flour surface and start to kneed the dough until soft an tender, around 3 - 5 minutes. Add extra flour if need.
- Place dough back into bowl, cover and let prove until doubled in size.
- Punch down dough and portion into dough balls, and roll using your hand like a claw to mold.
- Lightly flour base of Camp Oven and place in the dough rolls evenly, Cover and let prove for a second time until doubled in size.
