I use a multi cooker for all my cooking now! Slow cooker/pressure cooker plus more in one!! That pork would have been done in 2/3 hours. So much more energy efficient.

Good stuff mate, i have found that cooking any of my meats for less than 3 hours is not worth it. Even a roast chook in the pizza oven, 3 hours... you bloody beauty!

In Australia we cook heaps in our range of camp ovens. The only difference is we use the coals from a fire. I’ve heard of city slickers using heat beads for the heat. I’m going to try the apples in the bottom next time 🍺🍺

Two years ago. Anyway, even so that looks delicious ❤❤your wild bore cooking. Yeah, I remember when I was able to chew now I just gum everything to death. Yeah, who’s to say maybe that’s not a bad thing. Mr. Clay I used to have two bottom teeth 🦷 in front left. Now I am down to one ☝️ that’s it. My old man, is usually watching the boob tube, while I am watching y’all’s videos. Besides he don’t give a shit, what I do just so long as I tend to his needs. You know, get him some thing to eat, or take him his meds; and he really enjoys a good cup of tea with 2 percent milk. Me I miss my tea, but I cain’t drink it( bladder problems). Strangely enough I can drink coffee ☕️ with, cane sugar and half and half. Soo good and I don’t have any problems. Occasionally I enjoy hot cocoa with whipped cream, homemade whipped cream, yummy. I will probably see one more dentist 🦷 just to please Rog, he says I need false teeth, I truly do believe my gums are recited shrunk for falsies. I enjoy watching you eat, my advice to young folks Is take care of your teeth. I was going to make my old man cube steak, with lots of sweet onions, matter soup and gravy. With mashed taters and I think maybe a salad. Yeah, usually if I do cook he nit picks he don’t like this or I should of done that. I don’t take it personally, he is the one that has to eat the shit. Our idiot leader doesn’t want us to eat beef, pork or chicken. Plant based crap 💩, which is far worse for your health especially if you have high blood pressure. Also, chocolate covered bugs; only if I was needing protein out in the bush. Now I love chocolate covered bacon 🥓 yummy. Well I at least I used to way back when. I would rather have implants, but they are $1,000 each tooth and if it don’t take; you have to pay another grand. My old man said I wasn’t worth the money I would never be able to eat that much too make it worth while. Go figure right? Alright Mr.Clay; best be letting you go. I am hungry so back to watching you cook and eat, even if you did so two years ago. Sincerely.
