Hey
So we got hit with a pretty bug windstorm/hurricane early this winter oddly enough and it created a lot of downed trees. In this video my dog Wendell and I meet with my parents and brother at our family camp in the Wentworth area of Nova Scotia to try and get some of the trees cleaned up, mainly one that was over our wood shed.
We cook up some great food as always, have some drinks and enjoy out time together. if you like the video feel free to like, comment and subscribe, Also Sharing the channel and videos really helps.

Just a tip. If you have a couple of wedges you can make a tree fall in any direction without making your brother work so hard.

Nice camp, we had a lot of trees down in the Antigonish area also, I couldn't believe how high the winds were and I have never seen so much tree damage. Good work with the saw, no shortage of downed trees around the Maritime provinces, take care and work safe. Great video.

Hey man ! thank you ! and yeah I know CB and Antigonish areas got hit really bad, possibly the worst next to maybe port aux basques NL..... but my area around the camp got hit hard too, it really messed up a lot of old stuff at work too..... so now we are up grading it all which is great for us haha Thanks again ! YEAH BUDDY! A Maritimer video with lots of food in it to go with my morning coffee! I think the fish cakes would be my favorite. They looked amazingly delicious! 4:32 - OMG, that chicken burger looked so good! - - - 5:01 - why was your voice so much deeper here? Sounds like hangover voice - HAHAHAHA!!! (just messin' with ya of course) - - - 14:21 - yup, in the oven, that is the ONLY way to cook wings properly! NICE! - I brush my hot sauce on while baking and cook them until the sauce is dry (a mixture of Frank's, Tabasco and lemon juice in case you're wondering - lol) - - - 14:59 - The good thing about watching Habs games is you get to cheer for a new team every time - HAHAHA!!! - - - Awesome video buddy! You're little Annabelle is soooo cute. Loved when she was saying hi to herself in the camera - lol - what a sweetie! GLG!

The highway roads looked trecious,, Your truck handles well hauling your bike, Tarps can be tricky to secure especially while the winds are blowing, I've been practicing my tarp tying skills at my camp while I haul away brush and debris, still need more practice Lol, food with family is the best.

Covers on recreational vehicles are a pain, even the good factory covers.. Run to Princess auto and pick yourself up a Bungee Cargo net you can get them in different sizes and you will never have another problem with your cover it keeps the cover tight it works awesome for highway travel. I use them all the time I have a 6 hour drive to my cabin here in Newfoundland and they are all I use. Great video, like the content 👍 Cheers

So there was still too much snow in there so we took the high tide trail into the beach and the low tide trail out. Great going . Some icy spots for sure but not too crazy. Had a great meal at Adairs and then back to the MacDonald road grooming garage where we parked the truck. 96kms total 👍 Gonna try Goose Creek in a few weeks, hopefully the snow is completely gone by then. Trail is sketchy enough without snow and ice lol.
