T2 and T3 city infrastructure cost will be less , Also you can hire resources with less salary compared to T1. Whether it is T1 or T3 you definitely need to spend on training the resource.

Treasuries department does this in each district right...? They disburse the funds allocated by fianance departments as salaries to government employees in various departments in schools, colleges, police, civic administration in each district.

இந்த payroll Processing கஷ்டம் மிககொடியது....நனும் இதே துறையில் 19 வருடம் வேலைசெய்கிறேன்..இந்த நிறுவனத்தில் எந்த அளவிற்கு வேலைப்பலு & சுமையிருக்கும் என்று பாருங்கள்...ஒருவர் 12 முதல் 14மணிநேரம் செய்யவேண்டியுள்ளது...தீபவளி பொங்கல் விடுமுறைகிடையாது....முதலாளிகளுக்கு மட்டும் லாபம்....

Mr Rangarajan Seshadri - You are just an outsourcing company and you are not paying salary - The company outsourced to you and you are just working for the customer. I am into HR & Payroll product company and We are serving many customers but we did not expose as like you. do not expose yourself as a Big person. IN your conversation mentioned DRA - There is no component called DRA. We have crossed 10400 Customers, We will say that we are paying. Customer paying their employees and we are the service provider of the Software - We do have outsourcing customers using our Software.
