It s amazing that I went to school for Sports and Medicine because I was curious of how my body function . Un fortunately, I found things hard to grasp and therefore, lost interest. I however, came into these videos and everything seems so simple and exciting to understand. Thank you so much Dr. Campbell for your extraordinary explanation. This is a brilliant video that explains in layman's terms how co2 and O is exchanged from blood to air and vice versa. The Doc makes it simple to understand. When we know how our bodies work, hopefully we will respect and take care of them.

Im just thinking out loud here: when there is more oxygen going in than out, and more carbon going out than in through the lungs, where do we make up that difference? Since, especially in adult life, we are in a quite stable state chemically. Is the extra oxygen converted to water and exits as sweat and urine? And the loss of carbon compensated through the intake of carbon rich foods? What other pathways are there? How would, theoretically, breatharians deal with this differnce in chemical exchange through the lungs, thinking as they don't take in carbon through food? And where does the extra hydrogen come from, in either breatharians or people with a food diet? Also, you come across as very patient in your teaching even though there are no "live" students, very impressice, great teaching!
