Ok Graham. In my projects I start thinking about everything I want. The problem is being able to find what you need and customize it based on present and future problems. In my mind I have an image and it is often easier to replicate the image than to base myself on a drawing. Since the kitchen is divided into two parts including the heavier lower part containing the LPG cylinder and the kitchen, and the removable upper part made to make it much lighter than the other pieces, inside the upper part it is preferable to store lighter objects such as aluminum pans or plastic cups. Of course the conversion is faster if done in two people. However, I preferred to build the whole wooden kit because compared to aluminum it is an excellent thermal insulator. The result is especially felt on hot days. In the lower cabinet there are still space available for bottles or other heaviest objects

Hello. For me this kit was a bet. It was the realization of a small dream that had to adapt to a small space. The mattress can be redone and you can use harder foam rubber. I could avoid creating the beds but in that case I would have to take a camping tent on the roof increasing the height of the vehicle. In short, it is a mini-camper with its strengths and its faults. With the mini-camper you can travel wherever you want because the dimensions are smaller and the costs are lower. And if the mini-camper is based on a kit, it can be converted into a car for 5 people in a few minutes. But this is my point of view. This is my dream. Thanks for your comment.

Man, this van conversion kit is really genius, a complete interior overday and full size bed at night can be made in 2 minutes, all in one simple Doblo format!
