Okay, my daughter and I are restoring a 1984 Coleman popup. Its work, but fun and the rewards will be that much better. One thing I found came from our soft top Jeeps. Many people wanted to know where we got our new tops. One was 9 years old the othr 12 years old. What did we do? We got the BestTop soft top care kit. It has a clear window cleaner, the top cleaner, top protectant and zipper lubrication. Wortks great. So we used it on the top of our trailer - the top, clear windows and window zippers. The tent part looks brand new - just read the directions FIRST! New popups may also benefit. Good luck to all popup fixer uppers!!!

All looks great! Our cabinet tops have experienced some swelling due to moisture issues so I have decided just to replace the tops with real wood . We can paint or just finish with stain and sealer. I am thinking butcher block for the kitchen counter. Chalk paint marks up too easy. A sealer would prevent that. Minwax has a flat finish self leveling water based sealer. I was thinking blue also but honestly think lighter colors would be better. We are keeping the cushions and bed coverings for now as they are fine. We tried a thicker foam mattress topper but then the top will not come all the way down. I just roll it up and put it on the floor when putting the camper down. As an older couple, we find a smaller popup camper is perfect for us.

Love it! I especially like the direction you laid the floor...most videos show it going lengthwise, which just makes the camper look longer. Yours makes it look wider. Taking notes...I like the color of the flooring too. 😁

I think pleather is the only option with kids and/or dogs. However, I’m not sure my sewing machine would handle that fabric. Our cushions don’t have wood attached to the back of them either but…watching this gave an idea! 💡🧐

FYI you can spray rubbing alcohol on mattress and really anything to sanitize. I do this on all my thrifts items before I bring them in my house to make sure any bugs and their eggs are killed

Absolutely great work, did you ruff up the wood before the chalk paint priming? How many cans of spray paint did you need? Sun does sterilize, you can remove the mattress from the cover, and put them in the sun. you also could add a drop table on the side of counter for counter space when needed. Check out giecoss or gizmos for the tent part. Safe travels PS. there is also a foam you can put under the mattress or use a yoga mat. You have beautiful eyes.
