Very nice setup, keep them bevs chilled and whatever else you can throw in there, with the buildout of the kimbo and extra weight of bikes, are you going to put some heavy duty spring leaf support or assist? happy trails, thanks for sharing.

i will have to check out the Set Power frig/ freezer. i just upgraded the solar in my camper van so it can handle a frig/ freezer now. thanks for the tips. also the swing away bike hitch is great. i have the Kuat system and love it .makes it so easy to get in the rear doors of the van.

One thing that I never liked about bike racks is that it is hard to see brake lights. I wish they would have trailer light on them to be safer. Can't wait to see how the trip went.

My big question--which you may be able to answer--is air conditioning. We're in the southwest and we don't camp as much as we work and travel with a pet who sometimes has to be left in the vehicle (if we could) in the hot afternoon. Now, if we can't take him inside with us, we have to say no to the gig. But if we had AC-capability, we could leave him (he's a cat) in the comfort of the camper while we make some money to pay for his luxury. But running AC without shore power (which we don't have access to when we're working) seems to be a no-go. What am I missing? Why can't there be a small AC unit that will run for 90 minutes or so, and yes, maybe it drains the battery to a very low level, but who cares? We'll charge it when we start up again. Plus, we don't have to keep it frigid, just around 85, maybe 90. Cat likes heat. Help?
