අම්පාර දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ සේනානායක සමුද්‍රය ආසන්නයේ මනස්කාන්ත පරිසර පද්ධතියක් සහිත ප්‍රදේශයක් තමා මේ මකරේ කියන්නේ. කෑම්පින් කරන්න කියපු තැනක්. නිල්ගල circuit එක book කරන්නේ නැතිව camping වලට යන්න. මොකද ඒක මාරම විදිහට එතන විදින්න පුළුවන්. camp එකට එහා පැත්තෙන් ගගක් ගලාගෙන යනවා. එතන සෙල්ලන් කර කර දවසක් උනත් ඉන්න පුළුවන්. camping කරන්න ආරම්භ කරන්න හොද තැනක් තම මේක. මොකද දරුණු සත්තු එච්චර දකින්න හම්බුනේ නෑ අපිටනම්.
තමන්ට අවශ්‍ය දේවල් ඔක්කොම අරගෙන යන්න. බෙහෙත්, කෑම, වතුර ඒ වගේ දේවල්. Phone වලට signal නැති නිසා ඒවාට ලොකුවට charge ඕනේ නෑ. Photo ගහන්න විතරක් ඕන වෙන විදිහට තියා ගන්න. අපිනම් දවස් දෙකයි හිටියේ. එක night එකයි.
එකී මෙකි නොකී කතා ගොඩක් තියනවා කියන්න. ගිහිල්ලම බලන්න. ලස්සන තැනක්. පරිසරයට සත්තුන්ට හානියක් නොකර උපරිම වින්දනයක් සතුටක් අරන් ගිහින් එන්න.

* Remain quiet and vigilant. Don’t disturb the tranquility of nature. Respect wildlife and don’t disturb them in any way. Also, be considerate of other trekkers.
* Please collect and bring any litter/ garbage left behind by other careless travelers.
* Don’t light fires unnecessarily and do try to use portable cookers instead of using firewood when camping. If you must, only use firewood on the ground and don’t cut any trees for this.
* Don’t bring any plants back with you or cut any trees/ branches unnecessarily.
* Don’t use soap/ shampoo when bathing in natural streams as they contaminate them and kill wildlife.
* Don’t do anything that harms Mother Nature.
