Merry Christmas! Great video, as always. Last time i camped at Aguirre, i was awakened to a skunk rummaging through my camp. I let him do as he pleased. I was thinking, those green Chile dogs would be even better and neater wrapped in a warm corn tortilla! Just a thought. Have a happy and prosperous new year.

Honey is a very complimentary sweetener for your coffee. I use it often. I also prefer brown sugar over white sugar given a choice. I would like to see your reaction when you try it out.

I spent a fair amount of time in Texas. I love menudo soup. I n San Antonio I used to get it behind the big cathedral at a restaurant, I forget the name of the place. Nice video. Oh, Congratulations 😊and Merry Christmas 😊

Awesome video James. You should have heated the pozole! Menudo is similar but without the hominy and panzita added for the meat. Pozole is just like that but with pieces of pork meat garnished with shredded cabbage!/diced onions, sliced beets and lime.Anyway. Peace and love. My Ps are from central Michoacan

Beautiful mountains. I was enlisted Army and stationed at White Sands from May of 87 to Oct 89 and was a Boy Scout/Explorer leader. I'm far more partial to my Boreal Forests here in my home State of Maine so the Sierra Blanca range (Rouidoso neighborhood) was much more my preference, but the Organ Mountains were a lot closer and were we usually took the kids. Wonderful trip video James. Almost made me miss the desert. :)
