3 жыл бұрынIn episode 20 we finished up our last rv trip of the 2020 camping at First Landing State Park outside of Virginia Beach, Va. We absolutely LOVE this park. The sites are secluded and it's right on the water. Needless to say, I think we put our Lance trailer to the test this season and it didn't let us down. We have finished our first season as RV owners and it definitely will not be our last. #RRL

We ❤️ First Landing State Park!! We have visited there a few times for day trips to hike and bike. We haven’t camped there yet though…I’ve been trying to convince Jason to stay there! 😂 It looks like you had a beautiful spot and a great time!

Other than the narrow roads and sand spurs, we have no complaints. An amazing place to camp. West haven't hiked there yet... we'll have to check it out😁

Found your page while looking for reviews on Carolina Pines. We have been to most of the campgrounds you reviewed. We are from Lynchburg, Va and I have family in Chesterfield, Va. Happy Camping, Hope to see y'all on the road!

Wow, small world!! We haven’t ventured to Lynchburg for any camping trips yet but we plan to at some point. Do you have a favorite place to camp there? Hopefully our paths will cross one day. 🏕😊

There are a few state parks not far from Lynchburg. In Appomattox County. James River state park and Holliday lake state park. Both are nice. We have visited them for day use but never stayed the night. We usually go to North bend or Smith mountain lake state park for local camping. Love yalls videos. We have been through Dave Ramsey Financial peace university a few years ago and we are almost out of debt now too.

Dave Ramsey was absolutely life changing for us and even though we paid off the debt, it has become a way of life for us. Congrats on almost completing your journey! We’ve been wanting to do James River State Park. North Bend is a gem. Thanks for the recommendations ☺️

They are getting tougher on the drone stuff. Yall did pick another great park and I definitely know about those spikey balls. The boardwalk being right there how cool. I'll be looking for first trip of 2021.

Hey! Definitely one of our faves! The sand spurs and sand were awful though. Otherwise, it was amazing.

Ok Chef Maia! 🙌🏽 The food looked delish! It would have been so cool for you to catch fresh shrimp and cook them. That campsite is perfect since it’s so close to the beach 🏖
