I have a Roam, but I use a lot of these Husky boxes both at home and with gear in them. A lot of people had the Husky’s at Overland East, especially the shorter version.

I too use the husky black boxes with the side latches- mostly for rugged tech/ camera boxes but they work well. the home depot yellow tops work great as well with a bit of weather stripping

I have been using them for over a year as well and they have worked out great. I do alot of surf fishing and beach camping at PINS....Corpus Christi, TX. I have about 4 different sizes.....as they stack up well. One small trick I learned about them is.....when you are going to unlock them....pull on the corners...not the middle. They open up much easier.....just saying. Also, I use blue painters tape on them to mark what I have in them. I tried duct tape at first but when you take that off...it leaves a sticky residue.

I’ve been using these for about a year with no issues. Also use a husky rolling tool box for a bunch of my gear. Held up great so far

the only thing about Roam they will discontinue a model of one of their products and the " Lifetime Warranty" will only apply to that model only... that happened to me on one of their products that i have purchased from them...

If roam wouldn’t have sent those boxes to you. Would you have spent the money to buy them???

Man I’ve been wanting some of those roam boxes! Look into a molle panel for them for more functionality man

What size are those Roam boxes?

Hey would these work as cat houses? Keep them warm? I have used the cheap flimsy storage tots at Walmart and I need something thicker. Can’t seem to find them till now when I saw these. They cost $30 but still cheaper than an actual cat house on Amazon going for $100 or more. Or would an ice chest be my best bet? I need plastic houses to be able to wash them out easily etc. wood won’t work. Storage bin system has worked for me but I need them thicker.
