Finally, it's time to go to nature and relax. We decided to set up a campsite on the lake shore and try out my new hiking cauldron. In it, we will prepare a real pilaf. It will be very tasty. If someone wants to cook such a pilaf, there will be a recipe below.
1 Warm up the cauldron
2 Pour 150-200 milliliters of sunflower oil and wait until it boils
3 Add the meat (I use 1 kilogram for 4 liters of my cauldron)
4 Fry the meat until slightly golden brown
5 Add 2 small onions, cut into half rings and fry until golden brown
6 After adding the carrots cut into strips, its amount should be 2 times more than the meat
7 Fry the carrots until they are half cooked and fill everything with water 2 centimeters above the carrots
8 Salt and add chickpeas previously soaked in water for at least 3 hours and cooking garlic
9 Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes
10 We fill the washed rice and fill it with water 1.50-2 centimeters with water and cook for 15-20 minutes until half-cooked
11 We collect a hill from rice, add 1 tablespoon of zera to the center.
12 Cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat
