great videos, like you're relaxed style. We are a family of four living in Gran Canaria looking to move to Murcia close to the sea. I watched your videos and it seems mazzaron is a very good place buy a house. We would like to rent 6-9 month and then buy. Do you consider mazzaron to be the best place to buy a house(budget 125-180k) for a family with children?...schools, community, flooding etc We work remote so we will be hired in Murcia Region.

Many thanks for your comment Daniel, what I would say is check out the area first, there are schools nearby but I don’t know anybody personally to pass on any information about schooling, we have the school buses turn up on A to take them to the schools. Price of property is good in this area compared to other areas. We have a good road system, good community, nearest airport 30 minute drive, beaches about the same depending on where you live. Train system is pants, at the moment they are up grading the lines, still on going. Many thanks for watching and wish you luck in your new adventure 👍
