I am a resident of the Poughkeepsie area. My wife and I have been taking frequent walks around the Vassar campus for many years. While this video shows everything, it jumps around quite a lot and gives the impression that it is larger than it is. It is a very nice campuse though. Every year quiite a few almumni return for alumni reunions. Everyone we talked to had fond memories. I earned three degrees from different colleges in the State Univ. of NY system They had much more of an institutional feel, whereas Vassar does not. I would have much preferred a college like Vassar, but alas it was beyond my reach at the time.
