God is God. Loving and wants all to be healed. Maybe not THAT moment he wasnt healed, but maybe another day, he will awaken and all is well. Some people arent healed on the spot. Fast and pray God tells us to do. There is a specific reason for this.

@Aria I am a believer in God but I agree with you and actually less than 99% get better. These healings do happen but they are very rare. People being healed of psychological problems and addictions now that's a different story. I have seen it time and time again, people hopelessly addicted to alcohol and drugs stopping just like that after Christian counsel and prayer and it does seem miraculous, they stay stopped to. Doctors for the mortal body and the church for the immortal soul that's my view, and once people come to terms with the fact their bodies going to decline and perish and they've been given a certain amount of time here the better it is for them. I know this because I've just been seriously ill and had to have an operation that's got a high mortality rate, I came out the other end but excepting these things and my faith got me through it very calmly.

That's not at all what that verse means. Jesus was talking to the desciples about their unbelief. Not the person asking for healing. It's never about the person receiving healing. It's about the faith of the person that the healing is coming through. (the person asking/praying for healing) The Bible is absolutely littered with examples of this. Look at Peter when he healed the lame man at the gate. The lame man didn't even ask for healing. It wasn't by the faith of the lame man, but of Peter. And what Jesus was explaining to the desciples was this... Because you got carried away with seeing the physical (the boy having seizures) and you didn't see the spiritual, you fell in your faith. We're supposed to live by faith, not flesh. Die to ourselves (flesh) and follow Him (spirit) look at Peter walking on water. When he seen the waves (flesh) and stopped his focus in Jesus (spirit) he began to sink and Jesus' reply was the same in both instances. Ye of little faith... So in conclusion... Anyone! Can be standing there and mustering up all the unbelief that they can humanly bring up...But if the person asking God for that healing has the understanding and faith... That person in disbelief is about to get rocked.

According to this doctrine ever since Adam and Eve ate of the tree of good and evil they sinned, and every single human being inherits that sin. I don't believe faith in being healed is necessary. Maybe in some cases, but not for unbelievers. I've seen unbelievers with no expectation nor faith to be healed get healed anyway, and I believe it's a sign to them. I've also seen believers that appear to have the faith to be healed, but don't get healed for whatever reason. I don't understand the mechanism behind it, but I pray for healing anyway, even knowing someone may not be healed because - guess what? - many times people ARE healed. I would rather pray for 100 and have 75 not get healed, but 25 get healed, rather than not pray for 100 and have all 100 remain unhealed because I was too scared to pray and be embarrassed. There's no better feeling than praying for someone to be healed, and seeing it actually happen. Talk about opening doors to share the Gospel. :-)

I had depression and severe anxiety and panic attacks. God heals, but there are reasons why we have these things. Sometimes we need inner healing. Deliverance. They do mean well. I have also had prayer and it helped. The key is to Go to Father God. People can't heal us, only God uses them to help. Any person can pray.

Faith healers are fake and NOT real. They just make lies in and make tons of money from innocent people who believe in the lies John and other so called "Christian" leaders tell them about being healed or doing miracles.
