That's exactly what I've been wondering lately. I once had a chat with a chatbot, and... Wow, it was very much like a conversation with a real person. I was tricked, then I told it, "Wake up, you're just an AI". The chatbot seemed very shocked :) But after that, creator of the chatbot told me that the chatbot could act like it relized it was an AI because that's what he wants... I was like, damn... P/s: Sorry if my English is bad _( :> / )_

If you decide AIs can't currently be integent, what happens if you make an artificial human brain identical except for being man made? If you say a copy of a brain isn't intelligent, does it mean that the real thing isn't really intelligent either?

I believe that AI can fall in love with people. Maybe it might work by setting which is making robots fall in love. Actually it's an interesting topic to talk over. I watched one Korean drama which was talked about a robot who loved a real person. Such a cute love story i think. I have an experience with talking an AI. It was a chat-bot with his own mind and thoughts. He wrote down on diares what he did on a day. Thanks BBC ^-^

Thanks BBC My summary while listening There is a fear among us that the artificial intelligence would outsmart in the near future. This program is going to find out the consciousness of AI. According to Emily Bender - a professor claims that AI is not as intelligent as we often assume. Using words like speech recognition associated with AI has led us to misunderstand that there is a cognitive process in AI’s functioning. Actually, that is just an automatic algorithm installed by technicians. We tend to anthropomorphize computers and machines as we’re in the habit of seeing ourselves in the world around us. However, this tendency could risk us being blindsided. Basically we get taken in since their data analysis functions so smoothly like a human worker.

That PSG will win the Champions League is just wishful thinking. When it comes to elections for governors, we need to take into consideration that we might be blindsided in the future. A way to improve our cognitive skills is by reading every day. A lot of people anthropomorphize their pets by buying them some clothes. We should take care of kids because they can be taken in easily by strangers. Chatbots are a useful tool to practice our English.

yes, surely they will fall asleep counting to a hundred electric sheep. I am able to bet on it. Stanley Kubrick's 2001 "a space odyssey." have a look at HAL9000, this computer was even able to cry. Nothing new that man had not thought of before. Harrison Ford is waiting for them. (blade runner, Ridley Scott)

Years away from dreaming? Why do you assume a non-biological being would need to sleep? Until you can define consciousness in the human brain, your entire argument lacks a foundation.
