The fundamentals of health are diet/microbiome, sleep and aerobic exercise. The best way to optimize sleep is to measure it. Home based EEG devices like Dreem ( The Quantified Scientist KZfaq) or Muse S are the best way to measure sleep but Muse S doesn't have an AI report that measures sleep. DeepMind can do it and help humanity.

Ai is quite boring so far, Alexia you can ask questions however I think people want ai that trys to ask them questions and remember our answers. You need a talking head to go with it because facial expressions or body language improves communication.
