I just bought my first UTV. A 2012 Commander. If you really want to be "User Friendly" Lower your prices on parts and Maint! OMG what a racket. Everything is at least twice the cost vs other brands, even motor oil. A replacement bulb cost me $30!! You guys need to learn about customer service, and how to bring them back, not chase them away. This is why guys go to ebay and amazon vs a dealer.
