I need to give you props for this video. I can be critical in my comments but when something is good, I will also comment and praise this as well. These instructions were spot on and worked like a charm on my wife's new Ryker. Just an FYI. if you are also adding a passenger seat you may need keep your MAX Mount loose (not fully torqued to spec) until the required passenger seat cross brace is installed. The passenger kit has a structural support bracket that fits across the underside of the MAX mount. If you properly torque the MAX mount bolts, you may flex the MAX Mount and keep the seat cross brace from fitting. This happened to me. To avoid this, install MAX mount snug (just enough won't move or rattle) then install the seat brace and torque everything after that. Thank you for this video!

That really looks great! I enjoy your videos and I love the blue stripes! Honestly I think the max mount looks really good black. The blue stripes continue with the bike itself and the max mount looks like a continuation of the seat. The black gives it some contrast with the blue stripes underneath it. The black is kinda “bad &ss”... just my opinion ;). Thanks for sharing. Btw, just purchased a ‘19 rally and hoping to finally get it after next week! Thanks for all your informative videos!

I just bought a 2022 Ryker 900 Ace this morning. I bought the Max mount and drivers comfort seat to add to it. Hopefully it will get delivered tomorrow so I can install them.

Hey I love your videos I watch them every day !!! I I got my ryker 900 about 3 months ago , I just installed the max mount , wen I push up and down it has a little slack but it’s secure all 4 bolts were torque will drill

Nice video. I really enjoy your videos. They are clear, informative and right to the point. I plan on getting my Ryker in April, birthday gift to myself. Debating between the rally and the 600. Mainly because the rally seems to come with accessories that I would probably end up adding anyway. So cost wise, the rally seems like a better purchase. What are your thoughts?

If you want a passenger seat it's a really tight fit. It could be harder to get it on if you have the tape under. There is a fender to mount on the maxmount, I recommened to put the tape there. You can't se it on the maxmount if you put somethings on it.

I order mine from can am.com for 255 with shipping and handling, you have to use a torque wrench and a little bit of lock tite, good video thanks ❤❤

Hi Beth ! thanks for the video. I have a 2022 Ryker 600. Do I remove the six bolts behind the seat and on the sides/bottom in order to remove the side trim pieces ? Mine did not just pop off as in your video. Maybe that should be obvious? I just bought a drill and bits and I'll be going back outside on my second attempt . Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Get the max mount plastic cover for when your not using a bag etc. And put the strips on that.just a thought.

First of all you are cute as hell doing your own work on your Ryker. I love it! I just bought a used 2019 and love it. I used to have an RT but we moved and I didn't have a 3 car garage any longer so no place to keep it....well I took care of that and bought the Ryker because I missed riding a can am. Anyways....why put stripes on your max mount if you plan on putting a trunk on it? No one would ever see it. I am a retired Marine and was going to put an EGA on my max mount but thought. well shit no one is going to see it if I put the trunk on it that I want to get for it! So, just my 2 cents....no stripe! I subscribed to your site today after watching you install that MM! Keep up the great videos...Semper Fi!

Mine was not lining up and was a though one to put on, had to retread one of the brass pieces on the bike. I think perhaps the Max Mount was return because the screws were not in a pouch but loose in the box. Or the brass nut on the bike was defective since I noticed it was so easy to remove, it almost fell off it. Anyhow, thanks for all your videos! You rock

your going to need to torq those bolts (150 + 9 lbf •in) and you need to adjust your back shocks with spanner tool

I have a Ryker 600 & am getting ready to install my max mount. I'm having trouble locating the screws to take the trim pieces off. Also, what tool do I use, once I find the screws to remove them with?

The screw/bolt is a m8-1.25 x 25. The torx bit is a t30 or 40?

My max mount has a flat bar that runs under the seat and is attached with 4 screws you have to take it off to get the max mount off what is it for

So tonight I was riding tonight and one of my Trim pieces fell off. Do you know how I would replace it?

I found that there are 6 screws you have to take out before you pull off those plastic trim pieces? When I went online they showed these screws. I almost broke those plastic pieces off trying to pull them off like you did. They are not loose like that!!!!

Where did you purchase the M8 x 25 Torx bit ?

If your planning on putting a bag on you probably don't need the striping. If it's going to be a while before you get the bag then ya go for it. I didn't see a video on applying the striping or where you got it. Did I miss that?

Assume you left it black, good chance that adding a decal will only get scratched up if you mount anything to the max mount.

I wouldn't bother duplicating the blue stripes on the mount, they may likely get scuffed by putting your attachments on and off.

Here is a suggestion, when you are mounting any BRP product always read the ONLINE BRP instructions and study the diagrams, understand how the mounting works before you start. Follow the printed link to BRPs website where it will ask you to input the part number of what you are attempting to install, then it will take you directly to the proper instructions for that part. I always had my phone or tablet with me outside to refer to while doing the installation. Did you go to the website at all before you stated that people doesnt need to go to BRPs website? That is a terrable disservice if you did. Your videos have a lot of potential.

My suggestion is to go to the www.Instructions.BRP.com...That's the best info I received from this video. What made me go there is her just "pulling" the trim pieces off the seat. I KNOW that Can-Am wouldn't have designed it this way. I'm sure they don't just want you tugging at the trim, ripping it off haphazardly. AHHHH, I was right...The website shows 6 plastic pins that need to be removed first, then the trim comes-off....seeeing this, I stopped watching the video here, and plan on following advice from the people that build the Ryker.
