Hi K, Im so sorry to hear that as I have now over 2000kms on mine with no issues, I am going to the dealer tomorrow to have my alloy skid plate put on so I can ask for you what they might think it is. Keep me posted and if I can help I will, stay safe PG.

Just heard back from the garage Friday and they told me the valve cover gasket was leaking and their mechanic found a pinhole which I already knew that my thing is I lost power to ! still dealing with corporate I do understand it has to be looked at to go through warranty but when a bike is this new there should be any questions I should be back on the road by now totally destroyed my summer and my confidence in the Ryker 😔

@@ozryker4921 So I just got a car from the dealership so right now they’re going to replace the valve cover gasket‘s all the inner gaskets so far! On a brand new machine that’s fucking crazy. And they’re going to check the clutch because I told him there was something smell like it was burning when It started smoking. And then Its going to get the gaskets thats two weeks . I’ve only had my bike for nine days and it’s gonna be in the shop for the rest of the summer by the sounds of it! I’m gonna be doing a video when this is done through the whole process.

In 'OZ' the price for the Rally is $24,000 'ride away'. (AUD) I believe the Rally 600 is $16500 ride away. I believe the standard 900 is $20,000 ride away. Ride away, means is has 12 months registration and insurance here in OZ. (Just ordered the Rally myself) Regards.

Hi Intrinsic Factor, Im really sorry to hear that had happened to you as Im sure it was very frustrating and gives you a lack of confidence in the product. I have had similar problems with new cars I had bought in the past but I guess I was lucky as the dealer fixed the problem and it didn't fail again. I hope the dealer gives you a good reason why that happened as Ive done 2500kms now without an issue and in my situation my dealer is fantastic and cares about his product and will bend over backwards to help you with anything. Please be safe and take care and I hope they fix it and you change your mind in giving the Ryker a chance to change your mind thanks PG.
