I can tell you what happened for Dragons Dogma 2, there were lots of jokey comments about it feeling like a PS2 game in a (slightly) derogatory tone, and it felt like the whole panel agreed with that pretty much. That and letting Yakuza last til the last round were absolutely wild!

I wouldn't say annoying, but I understand a bit. I don't want to be rude, but for some reason its just an air of superiority and definitive unrelenting belief that He is 100% right no matter what. I don't hate him, and I get that we all believe in our opinions, but it's just, maybe a weird way he speaks about it that rubs some the wrong way. It's hard to quantity, and I can't imagine what it must feel like to be that person and see people speak negatively about them, so I really try not to, and that wasn't my intent with this comment. But it's like the possibility of this game ever being good hasn't once crossed his mind, that is how it comes across

The talk of dropping Silent Hill 2 is crazy to me tbh. I don't think it hits below 70, Mike is the only one talking sense here. Barrett saying it'll score 60 is honestly baffling to me. It might look a bit janky and ain't gonna win GOTY, but I really struggle to see how they mess up a beat-for-beat remake to that extent.

@@aoBubs Hey I'm sceptical too, but even a low 70s score would be a big disappointment for a game like Silent Hill 2 - and that's still not losing Tim points. My point is they would have to fuck up in a major way for it to hit the 60s, and the fact that they're doing a faithful remake means they can really only mess up so much, as they've got the story and framework of the game already there. It looks janky, but I highly doubt that's gonna be enough for the score to land in the 60s or below.

I play a lot of fantasy football, so of course I have thoughts 😂 2025 1)Snake draft 2)Draft position is chosen in order of what place you finished last season. This prevents tanking and adds more strategy to the draft, eg pick 1st you have a long wait to pick again because of snake draft. 3) Trade deadline, helps prevent collusion toward end of the year 4) Trade draft picks during the year for next year. Adds spice to trades, helps sweeten trades, players decide to play for this year or get a leg up next year 5) Penalties for collusion. Maybe lose draft picks next year or fab($$) for next year Also, no love for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2????

All preference I know, mean no ill intent behind my comment, its just not my kinda 'comedy' is all. Banter is meant to be light hearted and laughed with, not talking down to someone in that manner, imo.

Eliminating the XCast was a mistake. Kinda Funny isn’t just a “live games talk show”, it’s a show of personalities. Mike is a great host, and he isn’t given the same runway. Parris and Gary were wonderful personalities paired together - when was the last time the daily Gamescast paired all 3? Call it something else, make it console agnostic, but you need to revisit the Gamescast daily roster.

Can someone explain to me why their so confident about vailgard? Literally almost no one I've watched who was a fan of the original games is supper intreated, it was in devhell, and the tone seems to be a total 180. Even the most positive anyone else has been approaches it with trepidation. I get these guys aren't long time fans but it's weird how they totally brush aside any complaint or worry.

The trailer was bad, but most people who played the game at SGF said they enjoyed it. Easy Allies, MinnMaxx enjoyed it. Not sure there are many people invited to SGF who played Origins, II or Inquisition back in the day given it’s been so long! We’ll see how it comes together…
