I use the whole banana! Peel and the fruit itself! Works wonderfully for me! I cut it it up then I boil it for about 10 minutes and then let it sit for a few more. I filter it through a small strainer and it gets all the solids out. Add a tiny bit of honey and some cinnamon and it’s delicious!

I heard about this last night when my insomnia kicked in. so I made some tea this morning and have it sealed in mason jars in my refrigerator. I will try it tonight. Hopefully it works. thank you I will follow your video instructions. Next time I make a batch.

What bout the pesticide leaching into the water

I have tried it and it seems to work for me sometimes, about 10pm, I make a big batch, put in the refrigerator, get a hot cup at night.

Tried it twice and it didn't work for me. but good luck to others.
