The thing where you just slide on blasters on the seesaw and they still lower is too much realism for a Nintendo game, causing my mind to question whether Nintendo physics were right all along. Maybe fire really *can* stay lit underwater...

Well there are magma rivers under water at very deep parts of the ocean (the temperature of the magma is high enough that the water vapor actually creates a blanket like bubble on top of the magma)

I presume the semisolid disabling ice physics happens for the same reason as semisolids protect you from spikes, being that the semisolid is processed as the floor rather than the ice/spikes in the same tile. So then would Mario Maker 1 retain ice physics when walking on ice blocks with a semisolid underneath, since spikes do kill you in that situation in SMM1?

This only works when a falling Muncher squishes Mario. It also works with Chain Chomp stumps.
