I'm here to share my working experience with #tataconsultancyservices [ #tcs ], I had joined TCS as a fresher in 2019 as an "Application Support Engineer" and the journey had came to end by last month [Aug 2022]. So here by I'm sharing my experience and suggestions to you so that other can get some clarity on #MNC especially #Freshers.....
This video is all about my experience and my point of view, I'm damn sure other might have other version of thoughts on this #company......

Bro enaku aug 2022 la interview attend panna,oct laa offer vanthuruchu,offer letter accept pananita,nearly 1 year ku tcs xplore la irunthu course ah tha anupunanga,just ipa tha sept 13 documentation check proceess mail vanthuchu..intha bgc procees kku apram next ena pannuvanga bro.epa tha joining letter anupuvanga.pls konja sollunga bro

If someone cleared wings it is ok to stay with tcs...and how is the possibility that one can clear wings

Yhea that's great.if you have cleared wings then you will become a digital employee so you will work more on productivity. You have to practice before taking the exams then only you can clear. I tried twice but couldn't able to clear.

You can go for wings 1, but remember one thing that you to keep getting A/B band for receiving incentive, once you get C band/poor rating it'll be taken back. I know lots of people jinke sath hua tha aisa.

Hai brother, Naa Tcs la April 2022 la TR + HR Complete pannen. But still now innum offer letter valla brother. It's almost 8 months completed. So, Offer letter vara possibilities irukka...?

It's all depends on your project guys.. But up to me there are multiple opportunity for freshers... You will learn in tcs depends upon the project but if you join any product based then you will gain knowledge more than what you get in tcs
