About 12% of Gen Z respondents believe they will never own a house, a stark contrast to the American dream of homeownership
In response to these challenges, President Joe Biden's administration is proposing a $10,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers. This initiative aims to make homeownership more accessible and alleviate some of the financial burdens that young buyers face.
