In this Pokemon Violet Nuzlocke, I play only with Grass Types and attempt to avoid any Fire Types at all costs! This is a challenging playthrough, so be prepared to sweat!
If you're looking for a challenging Pokemon Violet playthrough, then check out this Grass Type playthrough! This playthrough is full of hard battles and you'll need to be on your A game to make it through! This Nuzlocke is a great way to test your skills and see how far you can get!
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. If a pokemon faints its considered dead
2. Can only catch the first unique Shiny encounter on each Route
3. Nickname Pokemon
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Sprig is my favourite gen 9 starter and possibly my favourite overall Also floragato is one of if not the best middle starter evo Quite frankly I’m surprised there aren’t that many grass nuzlocks

I love sprigatito because it's a tiny kitten. But then again I wasn't a fan of the other 2 when I first saw them. Their final evolutions are nice. Meowscarada is my favorite out of the 3, Quaxly's is alright and fruecocos is just scary

I know everyone wanted it, but I’m still intrigued to see what a quadrupedal final Sprig would’ve looked like. I love him the way he is, it’s just curiosity at this point.

I like Meowscarada (I’m also even in the minority that likes Quaxley’s final evo) , but yeah at this point I really don’t get the obsession with humanoid final starter evolutions. We like Pokémon because they are creatures, just let them be creatures.

@@BPNuzlockes Dude, don't be afraid to research. Again, it's admirable that you did this, but you had a breadth of great Grass types to choose from. You missed out on Toedscool and Shroomish.

Actually the cat is my favorite starter from this generation he is also overpowered did you know through TM's his evolution line can learn half of the different types of moves for example he can learn lucario's signature move

Skeladirge has the best design, the best signature move, has great stats and good type coverage and honestly it destroys the other starters, it also solos the champion and if you make the right plays it can solo prof.sada

I know this was some time ago but I'm curious how are the options to beat hassel. Sounds tough though. If dlc is included there's ogerpon, and whatever others are available. I completely forgor that larry was going to be flying type in the rematch. scovillain had to carry so hard in poppy match. Curious how facing bombirdier would be like
