And Jesus knows how life should be lived, because he created us to live that way. So, because Jesus is so great, because Jesus knows best, that is why we change.

One cannot be gay and a Christian. Saying "I'm a gay Christian" makes no sense because you can't claim to be a Christian and take God's word and cherry pick the parts you like and then discard the rest. If you don't believe God's word, or you only believe certain parts of God's word, it's the same as calling God a liar. How can anyone call themselves a Christian if they think God lied in His word???

@@robertcleminson9939think the problem would be when you're a gay man trying to be a Christian and still hang on to and live in that sin. That's self contradictory. But we are to remember that homosexuality is a sin that some genuine Christians who are seeking God may have battled with but they understand that it's bad and they need to repent. This is what it means to live for God, flee from sin and keep his commandments.

So even you keep the thoughts and feelings, you're a sinner and you don't have the Word of God in you. "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Jesus died to give us a pathway FROM our sin. And Jesus is God, The Son of The Holy Trinity, which means he never committed or will commit any sin, EVER. Christ is the opposite of sin, and sin is a lack of God, not of His Creation.

You can struggle with same sex attractions as a Christian, just like having cravings for nicotine, but a true Christian with the help of our Lord will resist these temptations and keep their garments clean. That's a contradictory statement. You say, "A christian can struggle with sin." and then go on to say, "But a "true" christian will resist these temptations." What does it take for one to inherit eternal life? To me, from my study of the scripture, it is not our ability to overcome sin in life. Our salvation is dependent solely upon our faith in Christ, and what He did. It grieves me that many unbelievers are turned away from having faith by over-complication of faith in Christ.

Lord, in this month our hearts are heavy for those who identify as LGBT. Your Word is clear about both sin and salvation - and our own consciences testify to this truth - yet so many live with the hope that they will find their “true self” or even their worldly salvation in a broken identity. So this month, we lift up this challenging issue before you. For those within the walls of the church who may claim the identity of LGBT, we pray for the work of your Holy Spirit and of the Church to call those in sin to repentance. For those Christians who continue to struggle in this area, and yet who choose faithfulness to your Word, we pray for great faith and encouragement. For those who are uncertain about their fearfully and wonderfully made bodies, we pray for peace and confidence that you did not make a mistake - that they were not born in the wrong body. For children who are hearing messages that make them question their own sexuality, we pray for protection over their minds and hearts. For all those who identify as LGBT, or who are struggling with their sexual identity in another way, we pray that they would find the joy and freedom that only comes from following you as Lord. We pray that their hearts would be opened to see sin for what it is - and to see the joy of your salvation as greater. For those in ministry to our LGBT neighbors, we pray for the strength to speak the truth in love - and more than anything, to make your Gospel known in the words they say and in the way they live. The aggressive nature is very common among the LGBTG community..It tells you that God does not lie...Their lifestyle depicts what the Bible told us about the people of Sodom and Gomorrah...It is a Luciferian spirit that dwells in them thereby exhibiting aggression to anyone who doesn't believe in their lifestyle..They can go to the extent of lynching anyone who stands their way in terms of their lifestyle and beliefs..It's demonic lifestyle as stated in Romans chapter 1

It’s simple - these people are living in darkness, so whenever a preacher testifies against their sin, they become angry as a result of their demons being exposed. John 1:5 KJV: The light shineth in darkness and the darkness comprehended it not. Preacher’s speak from a place of love but to the sinner (typically the alphabet people) it sounds like hate. Why? Because they do not understand (or comprehend) that what they’re doing is sin.

Pastor David certainly bamboozles people at times 😅. I loved the way the guy at the end had to accept the sticker, mouth wide open and speechless. But David does it all in love. God absolutely loves everyone and of course that includes homosexuals. Anyone who wants to follow Jesus must take up their cross and some people are not willing to do that 🙏

Truthfully I was fighting irritation when David was having to be ever so humble and patient with those individuals. I ask God to implant patience and humbleness in me to so I be like Jesus. I was convicted while examining myself as I were getting irritated at those 3 men. Please pray for me my neighbors. I love you all and Jesus loves you unconditionally. 🙏🏾

Interesting question. I have another. Can someone be a murderer and continue in those ways and still have Jesus? Having killed a man and then repent of that sin brings redemption. Same with for fornication, adultery, theft etc. but when Jesus forgave the sinners he told them to “go and sin no more”. Do not go back to your sins like a dog to its vomit. Seems pretty clear what we should be doing. In John it is written. “If you love me you will follow my commandments”.

My mom's uncle was gay he was married to a man she loved him, but she did not love is sin She did not think her sin was any greater than his. He was dying of AIDS and he reached out to my dad that he has not known very well because of his past he went through a very rough childhood of not knowing god and being abused and he was saved by God when he was 18 felt the holy Spirit. He said he was afraid of going to hell and that he knew what he was doing was wrong all along. My dad said repent of your sins and have that man baptize you in Jesus name and have nothing more to do with that man. And he did exactly that now did my dad tell him that because he hated him no because he loved him he showed him God's word which is true love

David, you need to tell them how it is. I've been following you for years now. Them being gay cannot accept Jesus. They need to repent of homosexuality and then accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior so that they can receive the Holy Spirit and live holy in Christ.
