This synchro zombie deck is so based. Its so fun to watch it pop off to be honest. Same with Despia tho.

12:37 and 13:32 Cali uses Gozuki effect twice in one turn to send monster from deck to grave. Gozuki is a hard once per turn on both of its effects so it was an illegal move to send crazy clown to grave.

So I believe tj forgot to use his effect of his monster he sent for cost with his negated mirror jade. He didn't say what he sent but most likely it's some with a gy effect. Also doomking if I remember can't negate during the damage step so mirrorjade effect should have went through so he could have destroy all monsters on end phase.

Its cool to see "live-action" duels from time to time, something about simulators doesnt feel authentic. Like yah you showed me what the deck can do but what if you only showed me the best duels against the worst decks or best scenarios possible. Also based on some comments, I think its best that everyone read their cards every now and then. Sometimes we misread, sometimes we assume, and sometimes Yugioh has weird ass interactions. I played Infernoid for a few months totally wrong, assuming the little noids could be summoned from the grave too. In my defense, Infernoids have a lot of text, most of which is the same, but thats still on me. Since I only played with friends they didnt call me out on it because they didnt know

Question. So in game 2 when Tj fusion summoned Lubellion and made it the 3rd chain in the link, wouldn't Cali still be able to respond even though he had branded lost on the field. Wouldn't Lubellion need to be chain 1 in order to make sure that branded lost would be active? I'm still trying to understand the deck perfectly before I take it to a tournament.

I like the shift of playstyle for zombies with the new support. My favorite decks are Darklord Despia, Megalith, Destiny Board, Winged Dragon of Ra, and most of all Zombies. I'm torn because next to zombies I love darklords mixed with despia.

26:15 during this battle phase Cali should have attacked Aluber last, but it didn’t matter because TJ forgot it’s effect nonetheless. When Mirrorjade was destroyed, TJ should had used Jade as CL1 and Aluber as CL2 targeting Balerdroch. Cali would have been forced to use Balerdroch to either banish or negate Aluber, and Mirrorjade would have blown up Cali’s field on End Phase

Doomking cant negate during the battlephase btw so if he chose to wipe your board after you killed Mirrorjade you couldnt negate it. Unless he activated it during MP2 or during the End phase. Also vampire sucker effect doesn’t activate to draw unless you Special summon a zombie from the GY.

Duel 1 you cannot attack with any other monsters except zombies if you used the foolish effect of Uni-Zombie. In the end in wouldn't have mattered since Cali could of just activated the Banshee effect.

The duel start bad, Ash Blossom don't negate the "foolish" from Uni Zombie, because it's a cost, the effect is increase lvl, not send.
